PROMASTER 7500EDF Digital Electronic Flash

What I can say about this flash is for the money you can't beat it. It does just about everything you need in a flash. The downside is there is no high speed syncronization like you'd find in the Canon 580EX and there is no radio controlled slave function. Other than that it is plenty powerful for your 70-200 and recycle times are up to par with Canon's 580EX and 430EX. I would much rather have a 580EX over this Promaster, but I cannot justify an extra 170 dollars.

This flash will cost around $280 new as of 2010.
